I'm so glad Raymond directed me to this and that, in a strange way, I'm sick today and sitting in bed catching up on the virtual world because this is great. As to where this stuff is, you're right, it is college. I'm a student at the University of Iowa and I sometimes work at one of the dorms here. New Roach Motel is more of a perspective than a real place, sadly.
