Skype for interviews

I found this via Schlomo's Google Reader shared items. Great piece, although a bit long.

I've done this before, on my own accord and got decent results. I'm calling my friend Reed who was on the west coast. I'm using SkypeOut, he is on a cell.

DH and a newsite

I'm really quite unhappy with DreamHost lately. Everything is so slow. I'm working to redesign the DH Videography site (video.iamdooser.org), but everything is so slow over at DreamHost: video.iamdooser.org/newsite/index2.php.

So far, I've been testing the speed of Union's VU hosts, things seems much faster: web.vu.union.edu/~harrisod/newsite/index2.php.

So please DreamHost, persuade me not to go elsewhere just to register my domains and end up hosting all my stuff at VU. Get some speed!
